As part of my business I process certain personal data. Processing is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Processing data when you send a non-binding enquiry

If you send an enquiry using the form on this website, I work with the data you provide — most often your e-mail, first and last name, and possibly your phone number and further details of your request.

I process the data to handle your enquiry for as long as strictly necessary. If we do not start working together, I process it for no longer than 3 months from our last communication. This processing is permitted by the GDPR (Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering into a contract).

Who can access the data

Your personal data is safe with us. It may be accessed by:

Your rights

The GDPR gives you the right to contact me and ask what personal data I process, to request access to it, to have it updated or corrected, to request restriction of processing and a copy of the data processed, in certain situations its erasure and in certain cases its portability. Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), or to bring your claims before a court.

I have not appointed a data protection officer and we do not profile data in any way.
